This four-part PW series an all level class designed to address different areas of the hips, to gain strength and mobility, and to deepen, improve, and advance the Pilates practice. This class will utilize the strength, mobility, and control learned in the series to deepen and challenge you through a lower body focused Pilates workout. Equipment: Pilates Wheel, anchor system, blue bands, yellow bands, red bands, foot loops, extenders, and anchor staff.
