This four-part series, and all level class, designed to address different areas of the hips to gain strength and mobility to deepen, improve, and advance the Pilates practice. Focus: Glute Medius and Minimus: Both help the glute maximus in extension. They also support the hip and legs in abduction and rotation. This class will help you to find and activate the glutes minimus and medius.
Equipment: Pilates Wheel, anchor system, red, blue, and yellow bands, foot loops, extenders.
